• What is your turnaround time?

We strive to fulfill orders immediately. It may take up to 2 business days to ship your package depending on the number of orders received. Orders with expedited shipping will be prioritized. Keep in mind that covid measures and supply chain disruptions that are out of our control may cause delay.

• I need to cancel my order. Is it possible to do so?

Because we strive to fulfill orders immediately, should you need to cancel your order, please contact us within a few minutes of confirmation by clicking here.

Our customer service and fulfillment teams are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM Eastern.   If you need to cancel an order over the weekend, we will get back to you as soon as possible on Monday morning.

• Is there an order minimum?

There is no order minimum and postage will vary based on order size.

• Is shipping included or extra?

We use US Postal Service Priority Mail to ship your order unless otherwise requested. The postage charges are added to your invoice on check-out.  You may upgrade your shipping method for an additional charge.

We are constantly working to improve our shipping costs and currently shipping costs are based on the items purchased and the final shipping destination zip code.

• Do you ship orders internationally?

Not at this time. We currently only ship within the contiguous United States.

• What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.  When you place an order, make sure that your payment information is correct for efficient order processing. We will cancel any pending, or unpaid, credit card orders after 10 business days from order submission.

• What is your warranty policy?

• There is an order discrepancy in my package
